8.3.3.Light Streaks #

Blurs pixels in a horizontal or vertical direction (controlled by the “Direction” parameter) that exceed the set luminance threshold (similar to bloom), creating light streaks

Note that increasing the downscaling factor can induce jittering and flickering. Though undesired, this behavior is to be expected since the resolution of the effect is being lowered.
