8.5.2.Dithering
Back in the day this was utilizes to reduce color banding, when color depth was limited, it still has applications to this day.
Brighter parts of the screen will show less dense dithering, whereas dark areas may turn entirely black.
The package includes several pattern textures for use with this effect
